Hello everybody, Today I will be talked about common
mistakes in customer service which the important for customer service job. The
service job is a lot of patient for people that suffer emotion of customer. The
customer service job is such as guide, air hostess, a waiter, and others jobs.
And then, the important that have common mistakes in customer service in
working. We will be solutions it for avoid this happening.
First of all, every job must be trained before starting work
that each of organization has solution of occurs in other problems and when we have
a problems it make customer dissatisfied. We should do it.
Second, intend to listen with customers that we show
understand his or her feelings and regrets in the incident.
Third, we don’t argue that not any cases don’t argue with customers
and if we argue make customers angry even more.
Fourth, should to say “sorry” and that was informative and
then, sincerely apologized many times and say “thank you” for that Tell the
incident to us quickly known.
Finally, corrective actions to immediate that show customers
that the problem was his or her are the most important and it’s for satisfaction
customers.
